This weekend is for yoga students of ALL LEVELS- newbies and yoga teachers alike- interested in taking a deep and colorful dive into the profound and poetic yogic chakra system and illuminating and radiating ALL-YOU-ARE!All weekend we will practice specific yoga techniques- asana and pranayama, mantra, yantra, and kriya- to vitalize each chakra, in addition to learning about the physical, emotional, and energetic associations of each chakra. By the end, you will feel fully embodied and absolutely radiant and will leave with an abundance of yoga tools to integrate into your home practice.

Yoga “sees” you as a full spectrum of light, as a fully activated human being embodying consciousness in a variety of different ways.

*** Brooke Smokelin’s Chakra Activation Yoga is a unique fusion of classic, static Hatha asanas and rhythmic, dynamic kundalini kriyas, aimed to awaken, explore, and balance the physical, metaphysical, emotional, psychological, energetic, and vibrational elements of each of the 7 chakra energy centers. Brooke has 25 years of yoga teaching experience; she is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance.

8:30 arrive and settle in….
9-11 Energy Anatomy Overview & Root Chakra Activation
11:30 am-1:30 pm: Sacral Chakra Activation
lunch break
2:30-4:30 pm: Navel Chakra Activation
5-7 pm: Heart Chakra Activation

7:30-9:30 pm optional Bhakti Bliss Heart Opening Musical Medicine Concert with Brooke Smokelin ($21 pp, not included in weekend price but really amazing!!!!)

Sunday:
10-12 Throat Chakra Activation
12:30-2:30 Third Eye Activation
lunch break
3:30-6 Crown Chakra Activation & Closing

6:30-7:30 pm optional Chakra Activation Integration Crystal Bowl Sound Bath ($20 pp, not included in weekend price but really amazing!!!)

*Please note: This is a LEVEL 1 Chakra Activation Yoga experience and is suitable for yoga students of ALL LEVELS as well as YOGA TEACHERS. Yoga teachers that complete the entire weekend are eligible to receive 17 CEUS (Continuing Education Units) for Yoga Alliance requirements. Yoga teachers completing Level 1 Activation are then eligible for Brooke’s Level 2&3 Chakra Activation Yoga Teacher Certification.
